Orders and Payments

By placing an order you agree to pay the total displayed price including taxes and shipping where applicable. Payments are processed securely through trusted third party providers. Production begins only after payment is received.

Custom Designs and Files

You retain ownership of any design files you submit. By uploading files you grant JemsCutSend a limited license to use those files solely for quoting manufacturing and fulfilling your order. We do not share or sell design files. It is your responsibility to ensure that submitted designs do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Accuracy of Materials

JemsCutSend makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions pricing and availability. However errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors withdraw products or cancel orders prior to fulfillment.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment is handed to a carrier JemsCutSend is not responsible for delays damage or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Cancellations

Because most orders are custom fabricated all sales are final once production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We review requests case by case.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website including trademarks graphics text and photos is owned by or licensed to JemsCutSend. You may not copy reproduce modify or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law JemsCutSend is not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the associated order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided on an as is and as available basis. JemsCutSend makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access security or error free operation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JemsCutSend and its staff from claims losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the website violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

Termination

JemsCutSend may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
